Any Girl Scout troop/group planning to participate in money-earning activities must also participate in the Girl Scout Cookie Sale.

Instructions:
  1. Complete this form and submit it to the council at least four weeks prior to participating in money-earning activity.
  2. Complete money-earning evaluation within one week of completion of money-earning activity.
