Girl Scout Council of the Mid-South will merge into Girl Scouts Heart of the South effective

12:01 am on June 1, 2008. Our delegates voted to approve the merger at our Special Council Meeting on April 22. Girl Scout Council of the Mid-South joins Girl Scouts of Northeast Mississippi Council, Girl Scout Council of Northwest Mississippi and Girl Scouts of Reelfoot Council in this historic collaboration.
