Motivate:
Get yourself, the girls and their
families excited about
participating in the cookie sale.

Communicate:
Make sure everyone knows the ins
and outs of the sale. Use

the word and answer questions.
Activate:
Engage girls and parents to take
the extra steps to making sure the
sale is a success. Have girls
practice their �sales pitch.�
Sign up adult volunteers to help
with picking up the troop�s
cookie delivery and at
booths.
Celebrate:
Praise girls and adults for
their involvement, carry out the
troop�s plans and present girls
with their recognitions.
