Girl Scout Cookie
Sale |
|
Girl Scout
Council of the Mid-South sponsors an annual cookie sale.
Girls take orders in January, and cookies are delivered in
late February/early March.
The purpose of
the cookie sale is two-fold:
-
To help girls develop life skills such as decision making,
planning, goal setting, teamwork, leadership, money
management, and many more.
-
To generate income for the Girl Scout troop, our council,
and Girl Scouts of the USA.
The sale of
cookies helps fund the troops treasury allowing the
troop to carry out their troop activities, field trips,
and service projects.
